Here are some questions we are often asked by new customers inquiring about our services:

What are your service rates?

A:

Please call 440-585-7013 for rate information. Our pricing is dependent on whether we are performing onsite or in shop service and what type of service we are providing.

 

Q:

Is there a minimum charge?

A:

Yes. We require a diagnostic fee deposit on all equipment brought in to the shop for service and there is a minimum charge for onsite service as well.

 

Q:

What are your business hours?

A:

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. After hours service can be arranged by appointment.

Where are you located?

A:

On Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe, Ohio. See our contact page for address and directions.

 

Q:

Do you go onsite?

A:

Yes. Our service area is a 30 mile radius around Wickliffe, covering as far west as Lorain, as far south as Medina and as far east as Madison. We do not charge for travel within this area. Outside this area would incur a travel charge.

 

Q:

Do I need an appointment to bring in equipment for service?

A:

No appointment is needed.

 

Q:

How soon do you look at items brought in for service?

A:

Equipment is checked in and then scheduled for the tech bench as quickly as we can - usually the same day or by the following day.

 

Q:

Can you look at it while I wait?

A:

Generally not, except in emergency situations in which case emergency rates will apply.

 

Q:

How much will it cost?

A:

After our diagnostic procedures are complete we will be able to provide a total cost so you can decide on whether to continue the repair or consider a replacement.

 

Q:

How fast can I get it back?

A:

Most diagnostic services are completed within a day of receiving the item for service. After our diagnostic procedures are complete we will be able to provide a time estimate. We turn items around quickly and stock many service parts; however there can be instances where the scans we need to run can be lengthy or there may be system-specific parts that we would need to order which could cause delays.

 

Q:

Do you sell new and used computers, laptops, etc?

A:

Yes. We have an assortment of new and refurbished computers, laptops, printers and more in stock.

 

Q:

Do you buy old equipment?

A:

Rarely. We already have a large inventory of old equipment and the market to resell it is limited.

 

Q:

Do you recycle old equipment?

A:

Yes. We can accept old computer equipment except monitors that we will either refurbish for resale or scrap to our recycling affiliate. Monitors require a $15 charge to accept for recycling.
