ClevelandNet Account Agreement Form
This agreement is entered into on

By and between the parties of
________________________________ and ClevelandNet. As a
subscriber to ClevelandNet, I agree to the following :
ClevelandNet
internet services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of
any material in violation of federal, state or local laws, regulations
or ordinances are strictly prohibited. “Spamming”, “hacking” or
performing any other activity inconsistent with legitimate use of the
internet are strictly prohibited. Service may be immediately
discontinued upon violation of this paragraph with no refund of monies
paid. Civil and criminal actions may be pursued for violations.
ClevelandNet reserves the right to terminate service for any account for
any reason.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClevelandNet from any claim
resulting from my use of the service that damages me or another party,
including data loss from service interruptions, it’s own negligence,
viruses and service delays, Use of information obtained via ClevelandNet
internet service is at the risk of the user.
ClevelandNet, its officers, agents and representatives exercise no
control over data or content transferred or made available. It also
disclaims all warranties and will attempt to keep your material
confidential, however do not guarantee or warrant the privacy of your
e-mail and any other data entered.
This agreement and the services provided hereunder will continue in
effect until either party gives written notice of termination at least
24 hours prior to termination. This notice may be posted by e-mail or
U.S. Mail to the most recent address available. Termination of service
will also occur if monthly services fees are not paid in full within
FOUR days after the date due.
ClevelandNet, through the internet connection, creates access to
materials that may not be suited for minors and / or may be personally
offensive or inappropriate. Consent of a parent or guardian is required
for users under 18 years of age. You agree to hold ClevelandNet harmless
and acknowledge it as a provider of connections not content.
